At Alana Maria, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
